Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

To initiate a return, contact us at ovaluxeyewear@gmail.com. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost.

For cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
